Guangzhou Huiyuan Villa

Huiyuan Villa is Guangzhou Seaview Real Estate Group (which is the same developer as Guangzhou Eastington Hotel, both of which are Longmeida Stone Double Package Projects), located in Tianhe Cen Village Plate. In October 2020, Hejing Taifu Group and Seaview Investment Group signed a cooperation agreement, the Huiyuan Villa project was renamed Hejing-Zhenyuan, to create a home benchmark that exceeded customer expectations, but Hejing withdrew from the cooperation in 2021. The project locates a landscape mansion, behind which is the Huolu Mountain Forest Park and Reservoir, a rare low-density high-end residential district in the center of Guangzhou.
